My qualifications and experience

I have a Masters Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and a BSc in Psychology.

I’m a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work in line with the BACP’s Ethical Framework.

I've been counselling since 2015 and set up in private practice in 2021. Before setting up in private practice I counselled for a number of diverse organisations, including a faith-based charity and a women's centre.

I'm an integrative counsellor, which means I'm trained in different modalities and I use various aspects of them as needed to help you as an individual.
